This sauce originated with my grandmother over 50 years ago, as time has gone on I tweaked the recipe into the version we have today. I’ve been making the sweet version for the last 25 years. About 10 years ago my wife had an abundance of jalapeños from her grandfather’s garden and needed something to do with them. She decided she wanted a spicier version of the sauce and the spicy sauce was born. We decided to begin bottling both versions of the sauce because every time anyone tried it they always asked for a bottle. The label design is based my racing career. We’ve always had circle track cars both dirt and asphalt. Most of the cars have all fallen into the colors of red, black and white. Not to mention I gotta rep my UGA Bulldogs. We’ve started selling the sauce as a way to pay for racing. My kids love being at the track and it gives us something to do as a family. Whether it’s at the local dirt track or around the pool at the backyard bbq, family is always at the center of what we do. We hope our family recipe will bring yours closer together.
